Robert and James, the co-owners of Proper Pressure Washers, have been close friends since high school, sharing over 25 years of friendship built on mutual respect and a strong work ethic. They take great pride in the quality of their work and have clearly defined roles within the company that keep operations running smoothly. With trust in each other’s judgment and a commitment to delivering both top-tier results and exceptional customer service, they bring a personal and professional touch to every job.
Robert Willis, Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, my goal is to make sure every client feels heard, valued, and respected. I take pride in making sure each client knows exactly what to expect—and then making sure we exceed those expectations. I can do that with confidence because we’re honest, transparent, and I trust our Lead Technician, James Reis, to always deliver on the job. My mother always said, “The work we do reflects directly on us,” and that’s a standard we live by. As a company, we will always give our best to those who give us the opportunity.
When I’m not working, I’m an outdoor enthusiast, Gym regular, and a die-hard Atlanta Falcons fan. I also enjoy spending as much time with friends and family as possible!
James Reis, Lead Technician
Chances are, if you hire us and look outside, you’ll see me out there personally doing the job to the best of my abilities. I’ve spent over 20 years in the service industry, doing everything from AC and mechanical work to handyman, landscaping, and countless pressure washing jobs. Service runs in my blood. I started working alongside my father at a young age in his AC company, and the lessons he taught me about hard work and doing things the right way have always stuck with me. He passed away in 2005, but I carry those values with me on every job and take pride in honoring his example through the work we do each day.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, catching Falcons games whenever I can, and spending time with friends and family.
